2 Chronicles 7:14 – If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
Mission: To establish and sustain a citywide prayer movement that spreads to counties, regions, nationally and internationally.
Vision: This nation will return to prayer so that our land can be healed and purged of violence, drugs, murder, disease, and all immoral maladies.
Goals: To launch a joint community prayer movement
To unite women in prayer
To unite community leaders in prayer
To unite church leaders in prayer
To unite families in prayer
To unite children and youth in prayer
To unite the local government in prayer
to unite the state government in prayer
To unite the nation in prayer
Achievement of Ministry Goals:
- First, we must believe what God says and not what people say
- Second, and foremost we must recognize that we are ALL God’s people
- Third, we must not be ashamed to be called the Children of God
- Fourth, we must humble ourselves before God and before man
- Fifth, we must pray
- Sixth, we must seek His face in prayer (look for Him to answer our prayers)
- Seventh, we must turn from their wicked ways
- Eighth, then we will begin to hear from heaven
- Ninth, then He will forgive our sin
- Tenth, then will He heal and restore our land from its maladies
